🥁🥁🥁FREE Summer Wellness Classes are back with Stretchd Out Buffalo at Niawanda Park! 🌞
Join us this summer at the Bandshell in Niawanda Park (City of Tonawanda) for a series of FREE community classes designed to help you move, stretch, and unwind under the summer sky! 😎🍉
Classes will begin on June 2nd! Please note classes WILL NOT be every week but rather the dates listed below! (Facebook does not allow us to add each individual date in this event) Please see the picture of the schedule (or below) for exact details and dates and mark them into your calanders!
Stretch & Restore with Jocelyn (7:00 PM)

All classes are FREE and open to all fitness levels — no registration needed!
Important: You’ll be asked to sign a waiver before participating in any of these classes.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel & any other material
you may need for your practice.
• Water bottle
• A friend or two or five!
