Assess your stroke risk! Join CCMH Thursday, May 23, 2024 • 8 am - 2 pm in the Oakwood Conference Room for a free stroke assessment that includes:
An electrocardiogram (EKG)
Blood Pressure and Pulse
Height and Weight Measurements
BMI
You will also have the chance to learn the BE FAST stroke signs, heart attack education, risk factors to watch for, and more!
Additional bloodwork labs are only $25 and space is limited!
