We'll cover practical strategies for staying safe, including:
Recognizing and trusting instincts: Teaching children to listen to their gut feelings when something doesn't feel right.
Setting boundaries: Empowering kids to assertively communicate their personal boundaries and say no to uncomfortable situations.
Safe communication: Discussing safe ways to interact with strangers, such as asking for help from trusted adults or authorities.
Role-playing scenarios: Engaging children in realistic scenarios to practice their responses to unfamiliar or potentially dangerous situations.
