Meet Jim Cummings: Voice of Hondo Ohnaka - the space pirate from the Star Wars universe including the Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels & the Disney theme park attraction - Smugglers Run. Jim also voices Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Scar from Lion King (Jim sang the entire "Be Prepared" vocals), Ed the Hyena from Lion King, Cheshire Cat from various Disney projects, Poseidon from Little Mermaid, Ray from Princess & the Frog. Mickey Mouse's favorite villain "Pete,", the Tasmanian Devil, Doctor Robotnik from Sonic, Cat from CatDog & over 400 additional characters!
Meet Derek Mears: best known for his portrayal of Swamp Thing in DC Universe’s Swamp Thing & Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th (2009). Derek has also played the Predator in Predators and appeared in Hatchet III, Twin Peaks: The Return, and Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters.
Meet Michaela Jill Murphy (aka Jessie Flower) is a Los Angeles based actor, singer, and writer known for voicing “Toph Beifong” in Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. Other credits include “Chaca” in Kronk’sNew Groove/Emperor’s New Skool, “Young Franny” in Meet the Robinson’s, “Nasse” in Platinum End, and “Harika” in Boruto. Meet Robert McCollum: having worked in anime for over twenty years, voicing over 300 roles going all the way back to Teen Goten in DRAGONBALL GT. Recent notable work includes Reiner in ATTACK ON TITAN, Stain in My Hero Academia, Donquixote Doflamingo in ONE PIECE, Jellal in FAIRY TAIL, Julius The Wizard King in Black Clover, Kogami in PSYCHOPASS. Rob is also the voice of Axton in BORDERLANDS 2 and has done work for the games ORCS MUST DIE and BORTHERS IN ARMS: EARNED IN BLOOD. In addition to acting, McCollum is a father of two, living in Dallas and working as a producer and director of corporate communication and commercials. Among his personal favorite anime roles are Sweden in HETALIA, Date Masamune in SENGOKU BASRA, Mifune in SOUL EATER, Kaze in KAZE NO STIGMA, and his first bad guy, Shinobu Sensui from YU YU HAKUSHO: GHOST FILES. Meet Chris Rager: voice actor behind iconic characters such as Mr. Satan in "Dragon Ball Z," Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard) in "One Piece," and Mr. Torgue in the "Borderlands" video game series. His roles also include Gakuho Asano in "Assassination Classroom," Zenberu Gugu in "Overlord III," and Veldora Tempest in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime."
Meet Artist Megan Withey: a national and international renowned fantasy and pop culture watercolor artist and book illustrator known for her unique and vintage aesthetic. Not only are her princess paintings some of the most famous on the internet, but she will be exhibiting her new travel inspired collection in Paris, Dubai and Tokyo this year. Meet NASTIYA G: An amazing self-taught watercolor and oil artist who credits Christopher Clark as a mentor, helping her escalation in the art community. Born in Ukraine, she obtained her bachelor's degree in interior design before relocating to the United States when she was 21. Nastiya's parents, who are also artists, sparked her interest in painting when she was a child, and she has been exploring various painting techniques since the age of 10. Nastiya G's paintings have been exhibited in galleries and art shows nationally and internationally and has brought both a wonderfully fun parody along with serious perspective of Anime, Harry Potter, villains and much more to the art community. She has also worked on a number of public art installations in various locations throughout the United States.
Meet DOMINIC GLOVER: Since 2013, Dominic has worked as a professional illustrator and graphic designer, creating works that have been published and licensed by renowned companies such as Marvel Entertainment, Warner Brothers, Tezuka Productions, Hulu, Netflix and many more. In recent years, he has been featured as an artist at various Anime and Comic Conventions, including the Middle East Film and Comic Convention in Dubai, Anime Boston, and Anime Expo in Los Angeles, California.
Meet “Sherrie LaRue is the owner of VegasFantasyfaces and has performed face painting art for over 20 years. Sherrie loves to make people smile while wearing their favorite heroes and villains images on their faces. She is skilled in several freehand painting techniques including textures and patterns to create the most amazing party looks, along with character and glitter designs everything from party and glitter designs providing a vast array of options for your own choice of fantasy in just minutes!

HOW DO I GET MY FREE 9"x12" FREE PRINTS? SHARE this event on any of your social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X etc.) by September 13th. Limit one free print per individual who shared on their own/separate social media. Get another free print by liking and following our Instagram & another on our Facebook page. Both addresses are amazingartexpo. When you check in at the event, use your phone to show proof you shared the event in order to get your free print.
WHY ARE THERE MULTIPLE EVENTS DISPLAYING A SIMILAR EVENT WITH THE SAME DATES AND LOCATION? These are all the same event! We are limited in the amount of characters we can type in an event title. Since our event encompasses: Anime, Game, Horror, Marvel, DC, Disney, Star Wars, Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings, this is simply too long to put into an event title. To make it easier and in order to reach fans of each theme, we have created separate events for these themes but keep in mind, it is all the same event.
THIS EVENT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS A LEGITIMATE EVENT? We encourage you to Google us at "amazing art expo" where you will see many updates, reviews, etc. We have over 45,000 followers on Facebook, 18,000 on Instagram and have been in business since 2016. We have hosted over 100 events during that time.
WHERE CAN I PARK? There is street parking throughout the area but for garage parking, you'll find discounted garage parking at $2/hr at the RJC Lot located at 558 S 3rd St and $6/hr at Lewis Street garage at 321 S Casino Center Blvd. The rates for the Plaza Hotel are just $10 on Sunday but they are $25 on Friday and Saturday.
WHAT WILL THE ARTISTS DO? Both artists will be signing and adding original hand embellishments/highlights to all of their purchased prints turning it into a one of a kind original at no charge. This adds $250 value to your canvas!
IS THIS EVENT COMPLETELY FREE? Yes, everyone is free to attend and no purchase is necessary. Autographs and paint embellishments by the artists are free. However, there is a cost for autographs by the celebrity voice actors which are available to purchase at the event.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED? This event is 100% Kid & Stroller Friendly!
HOW DO I GET AN AUTOGRAPH FROM THE SPECIAL GUESTS? Autographs may be purchased at the event (voice actor's booth) using cash, credit card or Apple Pay. See voice actor availability. There will be other options as well to upgrade your signature to include larger prints, Funkos, swords, statues, quotes/doodles, voice/video recording, selfies, etc. Those prices will be determined at the event itself. You may bring to the event your own product(s) to be signed including print(s), Funkos, swords, etc. Remember, this is also a pop culture art expo and there will be lots of super cool prints relevant to the voice actors available to purchase at the event. We encourage you to take a look at the art show first before getting in line with the voice actors. If you plan to purchase autographs, we recommend you also purchase a VIP ticket since it allows you 1 hour early access to the voice actors before the doors open to the public, at which time the lines can get lengthy.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING VENDORS OR ARTISTS FOR THIS EVENT? We are not accepting any vendors for this event. If you are an artist interested in working with us at future events, you may submit examples of your work to [email protected].
IS THERE ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I.) ART AT THIS EVENT? Absolutely NOT! All our art sold on our website and featured at our show was created by human hands and all made in the USA. We do not believe A.I. art is actually art and we stay firm with that decision.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED? You are welcome to photograph cosplayers, voice actors and the overall event and encouraged to share it with friends. However, Due to encounters of theft, attempts in converting the art via A.I. and/or unauthorized reproduction (bootlegging) of the artwork, our artists request no closeup photography of the art itself please. Out of respect for the artists, this rule is strictly enforced. All Amazing staff members would be happy to take a photo of the art for you in a manner where it cannot be reproduced so easily - just ask.
DO I HAVE TO COSPLAY TO ATTEND THE EVENT? No. Cosplaying is completely voluntary.
