FREE Sports Physicals with Bone & Joint

Bone & Joint is offering FREE sports physicals on Tuesday, July 7th at our Rib Mountain clinic.
Physicals are on a first come, first served basis with no appointment needed. However, you may schedule an appointment by calling 715-359-6442.
Sports physicals are free of charge, but we request a donation of 2 unopened hygiene products OR a $10 monetary donation to give back to our local schools.
