Sports injury screenings are held every Monday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. (except holidays and some holiday weekends) at the Casa Colina Outpatient Center in Pomona, Building 1C. Screenings are conducted by a physician specializing in sports medicine, a licensed physical therapist, and/or an athletic trainer.
Walk-ins only, no appointment necessary.
