A free 4-hour event exploring the power of storytelling, confidence, and voice. Kirsty will share her personal journey — going beyond the Rocky films and their impact — to explore why stories matter and how they can transform us. She'll then lead a practical workshop on owning and delivering your story with confidence.

Guest speakers include:

• Alistair MacPhee – sharing his story and how, with hope and faith, anything is possible.
• Christine Maccormack – Unmuzzled at 67 host, speaking on endurance and confidence, followed by a guided meditation.

The session concludes with a mini breathwork practice, guided by Kirsty, in support of the Breathe for Awa campaign. Includes Q+A and refreshments.
