FREE 5-week programme of SPACE workshops Supporting Parents and Children Emotionally. Learn about child development, brain science, emotions and how to communicate more effectively with your children, and have fun together!These sessions are FREE but will require a commitment to the five-week programme. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Lots of fun, support and a safe environment to share the ups and downs of parenting!
These sessions are for adults only (no childcare provided unfortunately, as I do not have the room or resources); however, there will also be the offer of a Child SPACE programme for 5 weeks after the Parent programme.
