Signups for this Free sound bath is at the below registration link. You do not need a library card to sign up for this event and everyone is welcome! Please bring your pillow, yoga mat and/or blanket for your comfort. Chairs available for those who don't prefer to lay down for the immersion. Feel free to bring your crystals and extra bottles of water to charge up!

Join us for an immersive sound bath meditation in an hour of harmonic crystal bowl sound frequencies for mind, body, and soul healing as we blend in nature's soothing sunflower field sights and sounds with the singing crystal bowls.
Crystal Singing Bowls work on a vibrational level to help remove disharmony and tension from your body, mind, and spirit while raising your energetic vibration and promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing.
Studies indicate that the brain responds quickly to the sight and sounds of nature so guests will enjoy this new multisensory blend of nature's light and sound immersion for a mind balancing experience.
The sound frequencies of each crystal bowl correlates to an energy center in the body to open and cleanse the system on a cellular level, and ultimately raise the vibration of mind and body.
Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing can happen.
