Free! Sound Bathing! (donations welcome)
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bathing experience at St. Luke's Neighbourhood Trust. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and melt away your stress. No need to bring anything, just show up and enjoy the good vibes. Donations are welcome but not required. See you there!
This is suitable for all ages and abilities and it can be done seated. Please make the instructor aware of any additonal needs or support you require. Our venue is all ground level with disabled accessbible toilets. See you there!
What do I need to bring? You will need a yoga matt (or 2) blanket or throw, pillow/s, water bottle. We can provide yoga matts and blankets but have limited numbers thank you.
Parking can be found surrounding our venue, there is parking in maxwell street at the back of our venue.
