Phil from Shamanic Sound Therapy, Fed from NaturallyFedUK plus special guests, will be hosting a FREE unique sounds in nature experience, followed by a community fire at Ty Enfys Eco Retreat on the 17th June from 1pm. The event will be an immersive healing experience that will combine the therapeutic effects of sound by playing various percussion instruments to create a soothing and meditative soundscape, with the beauty and tranquility of nature. Then re-ignite ancient traditions and rituals around our Sacred Fire for an evening of drumming, chanting, singing, and storytelling as we gather as one to reawaken the sacred bonds that connects us all. - please bring a log as an offering for the firePhil and Fed will guide you throughout, all you have to do is lie down (you can also sit in a chair if needed), set your intention and let the sounds wash through you.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, chair or something to lay on, warm layers and socks, blankets and a pillow. As you will be laying on the ground for over an hour and a half you might also like to bring a bolster or cushions for under the knees and an eye pillow or scarf to shade your gaze.

What time does it start?
The event starts at 1pm, where you will immerse yourself in sound from 1pm - 2:30pm and then conclude with drumming, singing, chanting and story telling around a community fire until 6pm, please bring a log as an offering for the fire. There is no charge for this event, but if you wish to donate to the Ty-Enfys Eco-Retreat project, then please donate on the day. There will be other events on throughout June and July, on the 21st we will be celebrating the summer solstice from 6pm and on the 1st July we will embracing the joys of summer for an afternoon of fun from 1pm.
