Trying to stop the use of nicotine?About this Event
A free 6-week program (Thursdays 4-5pm starting Jan 5, 2023) to promote better overall health and help smokers make a plan for a successful quit attempt.
You must registered for this 6-week session as this is not a weekly drop-in support group.
Please Note: ALL CLASSES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO A VIRTUAL SETTING. After registering the Smoking Cessation Department will reach out to you. Once restrictions have lifted, we look forward to resuming in person classes.
