Free Small Group Training Class at OHM Fitness

Join us for a Free EMS Fitness Class!

Ready to break a sweat and challenge yourself in a unique way? Local San Marcos residents over 21 are invited to try a free EMS workout with us at our San Marcos studio!

• At OHM Fitness, every workout is led by a Certified Personal Trainer so we will tailor the workout to your needs.

• Our workouts are functional movements that are easy on the joints.

• We use something called Electro Muscle Stimulation, or EMS. You’ll wear our EMPower Suit which has pads built in that directly stimulate your muscles in a way you can’t do anywhere else! Because of this technology, our workouts only  need to be 25-minutes, but they’re equivalent to a 3 hour workout at the gym!

• Our workouts burn calories, build lean muscle and core strength, and help with balance and stability in a way that no other workout can.

If you're pregnant or have a pacemaker or difibrillator, you may not take a class.

Info: The class begins at 10:30 a.m., and you'll have to arrive early so we can properly prepare you for your workout.
