Please join us for our free chanting of Shree Guru Gita, followed by a short meditation and time for journaling. This is the ancient practice of svadhyaya, immersing yourself in the mystical teachings in their original language, Sanskrit.This Sanskrit text is part of every day in our Ashram schedule. We’re delighted to make it available to everyone on Sunday, perfectly timed before Swami Sunday. You have a 25 minute recess between programs, giving you time to steep in the inner experience that the text opens up for you as well as to journal about it.
