Visit Jackson TN will host a free short-term rental workshop on Wednesday, June 12 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Greater Jackson Chamber located at 197 Auditorium St, Jackson, TN 38301. This workshop is for individuals interested, or who currently own or operate vacation rental properties throughout the region.Organized through a partnership with Visit Jackson TN and the Tennessee Department of Tourism Development, the workshop will be led by the Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association and includes an opportunity for participants to learn more about vacation rental markets, laws and regulations, customer service, and proper cleaning guidelines, as well as how to get started with rentals and enhance current properties. The workshop will also offer a question-and-answer session with local short-term rental experts from the West Tennessee area, and an opportunity to hear from local tourism and hospitality-related entities.
