SHiNE Dance Fitness blends the grit of hip-hop, the sass of jazz and the grace of ballet in fun easy to learn choreography. Every routine is set to current pop and hip-hop music that you already know and love! Classes are designed to engage your muscles and get your heart pumpin'! No dance experience required. All levels welcome! Low-impact modifications shown for each routine.
