A Sacred Evening of Self-Connection, Energy Healing & Renewal
You are invited into a heart-centered space designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
The Self-Love Activation Workshop is a guided experience blending reflection, nervous system regulation, and group energy healing — all held within a safe and supportive community container.

The workshop begins right at 6:00 PM to honor the sacred container and create a calm, uninterrupted experience for all attendees. Late entry will not be permitted.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and settling in.

• A yoga mat or cushion to sit or lay on
Please note: Chairs will not be provided.
We will be seated and/or laying on the floor during the entire workshop.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit or lay on the ground with ease.
