Step into this empowering women's self-defense class designed to give you practical tools, awareness, and confidence in any situation. You’ll learn how to build a confident mindset, protect your personal space, and set clear boundaries. We’ll explore common misconceptions and mistakes, then walk through real-life scenarios to strengthen your awareness and response. With hands-on distance training, you’ll discover how to control your safety zones—whether it’s recognizing when to run, using effective striking, escaping a clinch, or getting back on your feet from the ground. Each step of the way, you’ll practice simple yet powerful self-defense techniques to keep yourself safe. The class wraps up with a Q&A and troubleshooting, so you leave feeling prepared, capable, and confident. Minimum age 12 years. Two Free Workshops:

Intro to distance & escape
Saturday, Oct 4th, 2-4pm
Intro to weapons defense
