π¦ Kids Self-Defense (Grades 3β6)

Weβll discuss essential tools to help your child stay safe and practice self-defense techniques to empower them to protect themselves when necessary.
π© Womenβs Self-Defense (Ages 12 & Up)

This session will focus on real-world safety, including awareness and protection strategies in grocery stores, parking lots, and while entering or leaving your vehicle, plus hands-on techniques to keep yourself safe.
