Join us Thursday, November 12, at 7pm at the Lawrence Arts Center for a free public screening of the short documentary Play Free.
Reserve free tickets in advance - no assigned seating.
The film follows incarcerated mothers reunited with their children for a day of play at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center — far away from prison walls.
A Q&A follows with director Steve Lerner and Dené Mosier, CEO of the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center and founder of the Play Free program. We’d love to see you!
