Free Saturday Paddle
About this Event
Adventure Capital is opening up a free guided tour at Hillsborough River State Park, and we’re keeping the group small on purpose. You’ll glide through cypress-lined waterways where the river does the work and the wildlife does the rest herons lifting off the bank, turtles logging in the sun, and if the river’s feeling generous, a gator keeping a respectful distance. Our guides know this park the way you know your own backyard, and they’ll fill the quiet stretches with the stories behind it: the Seminole history, the rapids that surprise every first-timer, the plants and creatures most visitors paddle right past.
No experience required. If you can follow simple instructions and wear a life jacket, you belong on this water. Families, couples, solo explorers, and anyone who’s been meaning to get outside more this one’s for you. Kids are welcome and genuinely encouraged.
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and orientation.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before launch.
Life jackets are required and provided.
