Free Saturday morning breakfast & meet-up in Great Yarmouth for dads-to-be

Join us for a free Saturday morning antenatal session in Great Yarmouth designed specifically for expectant fathers! This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with other dads-to-be in a relaxed and supportive environment. Don't miss out on this chance to prepare for the arrival of your little one!

The workshops will cover core topics such as:

• how to best support our partners during labour
• how to bond with our new baby
• what to do when our baby cries
• what changes to expect after the baby is born
• post-natal depression in dads

In addition, there will be scope to answer other questions expectant fathers may have.

Post-birth, MensCraft will provide additional support via WhatsApp conversations and a check-in phone call to catch up on how things are going.
