About this Event

Join us for StreetSmarts, an exciting class on Safety and Self Defense taught by Master Instructor Terri Giamartino, 7th degree black belt. All adults are welcome! This course additionally provides strategies for older adults and those with mobility impairments.

• Practice being assertive in awkward or difficult situations.
• Learn to use your body and voice to stop bullying,
harassment and potentially dangerous situations.
• Develop confidence and feel your inner strength!
• Train using simple techniques for all abilities!
