About this Event

The EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) course trains contractors who who perform renovation, reoair, or painting activities that may disturb lead based paint in pre-1978 housing and child occupied activities.

The course covers:

• class room and hands on training
• lead hazards and health effects
• EPA RRP requirements inand work prctices
• personal protective equiptment and work safety
• containment and dust control
• proper set up and cleanup
• final cleaning verification
• responsibilities of the Certified Firm and Certified Renovator
