Free Real Estate Investors Monthly Meetup
Tuesday, January 20, 2026
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Third Tuesday of each month
Come early to get a seat and buy dinner & drinks (optional)
Location: The Black Diamond, 9614 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA
Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend or colleague. No RSVP is needed.
There are no products, services, or training materials for sale at any of these meetings because these are simply free networking and learning events.
About the meetings...
Come join us for an evening of learning and connections in the world of residential and commercial real estate investing right here in the greater Spokane/CDA area. We’ll kick things off with an expert guest speaker (or two!) who will share insights you can put to work right away. Then, stick around for some valuable networking. You’ll meet everyone from first-time investors to seasoned pros—plus lenders, contractors, wholesalers, flippers, buy-and-hold investors, insurance agents, real estate agents, property managers, accountants, financial advisors, attorneys, and more. Since it takes a strong team to grow your investing business, this is where you’ll find exceptional teammates.
Jan 20. AJ Sheffield. My real estate investing journey, including wholesaling and flipping.
February 17. Randy Palazzo/Urban Empire Homes, Erik Dordal/Windermere, Greg Conley/CMG Home Loans. Urban infill.
March 17. AJ Heil. How to invest in and manage co-living properties.
April 21. Aaron Heinen and Holli Heinen of iTrip CDA. Short-term rental Q&A
