Just as CPR helps people respond to medical emergencies, QPR gives everyday people the tools to recognize the warning signs of suicide, start a caring conversation, and connect someone with the support they need.
You don't need to be a counselor or mental health professional to make a difference. Friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, and community members can all play an important role in saving lives.
Free to attend. Open to the public.
