Join us for a free 90-minute CPR and defibrillator familiarisation session, led by a Community First Responder. This session is open to all residents, volunteer groups, businesses, and anyone interested in learning vital life-saving skills.Half of the session is hands-on, giving you plenty of time to practice and build confidence. Don’t miss this chance to learn how to save lives!
