OUR EMPOWERING WORKSHOP AGENDA
Learn and Practice Self- Protection Skills in this FREE workshop:
- Personal Mindset
- Situational Awareness
- Basic Physical Defense Techniques
- Situational Assessment
THIS EVENT IS FOR PARTICIPANTS AGES 12+.
Parents and guardians of minors under age 18 will be required to sign a permission form on site.
Hermond Palmer, Instructor is trained in Judo and Tae Kwon Do and is a second-degree Black Belt in both Bujinkan Hikenjutsu and Ninjutsu.
Light sparring opportunities will be available for those who are interested. Sparring participants should bring a disposable white t-shirt.
This is the first workshop in a four-part series designed to protect and connect Black folks in a time of uncertainty and risks.
WE define our own agenda for surviving, thriving, and WINNING TOGETHER in 2025 and beyond.
