What is Ecstatic Dance? It’s like a dance party, but with a twist! Ecstatic dance is a freeform dance movement where you let the music guide your body. There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong moves—just pure, uninhibited expression. It’s all about letting go, connecting with yourself and others, and embracing the joy of movement.
This session is free and open to everyone, so bring your friends, your fabulous selves, and your dancing feet! Let’s come together to honor and celebrate the beautiful diversity of the LGBTQ+ community. ?
