Join us for a peaceful and nurturing Pregnancy Mini Retreat specially designed for those expecting a baby at any stage of their pregnancy. This free 2-hour session is a perfect opportunity to learn about the importance of your birth environment connect with like-minded women and get a taste of the support and information offered in my antenatal and hypnobirthing classes as well as upcoming relaxation sessions.

From the first breath to the first cry her work celebrates the unfiltered beauty of birth—freezing these once-in-a-lifetime moments in time.

In this session she’ll discuss how feeling safe private and undisturbed during birth allows for these intimate moments to unfold naturally creating a space where memories can be captured in their truest form.
