Come move, breathe, and reconnect, right in the heart of Madrid.
I'm a certified yoga teacher and wellness practitioner with experience teaching across New York, Stockholm, and Casablanca, join me for a free 60-minute Power Vinyasa class at the beautiful Parque del Retiro in Madrid.
What to expect:
A dynamic, energizing vinyasa flow designed to build strength, open the body, and quiet the mind all under open sky.

🎒 What to Bring:
- 🧘 Your yoga mat
- 💧 A water bottle
- ☀️ Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
- 👕 Comfortable, breathable clothes
- 🌀 An open mind and a willing heart
📍 Getting the Exact Location:
To keep the experience intimate and personal, the exact meeting spot within Retiro will be shared closer to class. Simply send Ricky a message at least 48 hours before the session and he'll send you all the details you need.
