Teachers: 300 Hour Student Teachers Lexie Mertz and Heather Bremby
Enjoy a free posture clinic and learn more about alignment and biomechanics in the poses. Lexie and Heather have created a great complimentary posture clinic that will take students through postures in the True North Flow yoga class. Students will learn and experience:
Proper alignment for each posture
How to use props to refine each pose
Where to engage the body for strength and support
Where the inhale and exhale is in each posture
and more!
