Take the brakes off - today you can eat as much as you like without any guilt! We will be serving 100% Vegan, delicious, nutritious, gmo-free preparations prepared in a meat-free kitchen.- Seasoned Rice with shredded carrots and raisins

- Mystery tea
The food will be served in traditional Ayurvedic way, sitting down on mats. This has many health benefits such as aiding digestion. Chairs will be provided to those who can't sit on the mats.
The Feast will be followed by Live Mantra Music Meditation Session by our own Kirtan Scotland band (optional).
