BYO mat and water! Dr. Nekita Sullivan, a Clemson and MUSC Alumna, and SC native, is the passionate owner of Yoga Therapy Bar. She offers a unique blend of physical therapy, therapeutic yoga, clinical Pilates, and wellness services to help people of all ages and abilities reach their full potential.This is a clinical Pilates which is not your average Pilates. It is an exclusive and rare Pilates provided by physical therapists to help improve function. Students can help choose at the beginning of the class what body parts they need to focus on due to back pain, post surgery, injury, etc.
Not mandatory but can also bring a Pilates ball, blocks, and rings if you have them!
