Ruff Haven Crisis Sheltering will be hosting a free vaccination clinic for dogs and cats, with the generous partnership of Wallace Stegner Academy and Vetscursions. Thank you to Petco Love and Greater Good Charities for sponsoring this event.
Vaccinations will be given by appointment only. Every pet will require its own appointment. Please fill out this form for each pet needing vaccination.
Included in the vaccination clinic are:
1-year Rabies vaccine (Animals must be 16 weeks old to receive)
1- year DAPP (essential vaccine for dogs) (Must be 6 weeks old)
1- year FVRCP (essential vaccine for cats) (Must be 8 weeks old)
Microchip
This will be a drive-up clinic. You and your animals will stay in your vehicle. We can work with pet owners on foot. All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier.
**Please note we are unable to serve community cats.

Las vacunas se administrarán únicamente con cita. Debido a las restricciones de COVID, no podemos aceptar visitas sin cita previa. Cada mascota requerirá su propia cita. Complete este formulario para cada mascota que necesite vacunación.
La clínica de vacunación incluye:
