Free Pelvic Floor Workshop with Weeks Wellness & Diana Health

This event is designed to be simple, practical, and immediately useful. Led by Melissa Harris, OTR, PRPC, CLT, a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, participants will be guided through breathing and movement strategies they can practice right on the spot, helping them better connect with and understand their bodies.

In addition to hands-on guidance, attendees will receive actionable tips they can apply to everyday activities and exercise routines. The focus is on helping women move with more awareness, reduce discomfort, and build confidence in how their bodies function.

The session will conclude with an opportunity to schedule a free evaluation at Weeks Wellness for those who would like more personalized support.

Overall, the goal of this event is to help women better understand their bodies, feel more supported, and recognize when therapy may be beneficial.
