FREE PCA TRAINING/EMPLOYMENT REGISTRATION

1. Bring two forms of valid ID (at least ONE (1) with photo)

2. High School or College Diploma, GED, College transcript, or take a 6th grade reading test

3. Physical Examination (completed in the last 90 days)

4. DRUG TEST 8-10 panels

5. TB/Quantiferon (completed in the last 90 days)

6. Proof of immunity to Rubella & Rubeola

7. Proof of Influenza vaccination for current flu season (or declination)

8. Proof of Covid vaccination (Both Doses)

9. One professional reference letter from previous employer. If no employment history: teachers, superintendents, physicians, or clergy references will be accepted

Class Schedule: PCA

Morning Sessions: (7 Days)

9:00am – 4:00pm

Evening Sessions: (10 Days)

5:00pm – 9:00pm

PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE DATES YOU SELECT ON EVENTBRITE YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY COME IN TO OUR LOCATION TO REGISTER MONDAY-SATURDAY FROM 10AM-4PM. OUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS (917)793-1300 EXT 5004 OR EXT 5005. WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTER YOU WILL NOT START TRAINING THAT DAY. YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH CLASS SCHEDULE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND. THIS IS NOT REGISTRATION. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS.
