Come out and enjoy a free partner yoga class at Move with Joy studio on Sweetest Day, Thursday, October 16 from 6-7pm! This fun free class is a great way to stretch, connect and enjoy time with a friend and/or loved one! You can also show up solo and partner up with someone new in class! Learn new ways to open your body as we help each other deepen our practice, and enhance your connection with your partner, friend, loved one, or fellow community member! We look forward to sharing this beautiful class with you!
