The American Heart Association (AHA) PALS Renewal class provides comprehensive training in advanced life-saving techniques, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to respond effectively to pediatric emergencies. During this course, the instructor will cover essential topics such as advanced airway management, ECG rhythm recognition, and effective resuscitation strategies. The class typically combines hands-on practice with informative lectures to ensure participants understand both the theory and practical application of pediatric advanced life support techniques. Here's an overview of what participants can expect:

• CPR Training: Instruction on performing CPR (both for adults and children) according to the latest AHA guidelines, emphasizing the importance of chest compressions and rescue breaths.

• AED Usage: Hands-on training in operating an AED, including how to recognize cardiac arrest, safely use the device, and deliver shocks when necessary.

• Practice Scenarios: Engaging in simulated emergency scenarios to apply learned skills in a realistic setting, enhancing confidence and preparedness in real-life situations.

• Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive an American Heart Association CPR AED electronic certification card (e-card), valid for 2 years, which demonstrates their ability to respond effectively in emergencies.

Location: Curacao Business Center. Corner of Union St and Olympic Blvd.

Parking: Parking is FREE! Take your ticket and we will validate it. There is a conveniently located parking deck at the Curacao Business Center where the class is located. Enter the 1605 tower on Union Ave.

Classroom: Easy to find. From the parking deck, take the elevator to the 5th floor. Suite 500.

Arrival: Doors open at 8:30am. Doors lock at 9:05am. There is no late entry. We start on time to get you out on time! We are efficient, yet thorough!
