About this Event
A NEW MUSICAL BY SARAH SAFFORD, COMPOSED BY SEAN IVY
100 years ago Winnie the Pooh and his friends were introduced in an English magazine. Since then they have been endlessly adapted and taken on countless reimaginings by readers around the world.
Now, the Old Stone House & Washington Park Brooklyn take up the role of the Hundred Acre Wood. We see the familiar characters, (Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Rabbit, Owl, and Roo) co-existing in a somewhat neglected ‘retirement community.’ They lovingly bicker and exchange grievances about their situation, singing and dancing through the park.
Can they break out of their familiar routines and comfort zones to save their Hundred Acre Wood?
