Outdoor Barre Express is a full-body workout class designed to increase muscle endurance, muscle tone, flexibility and work in cardio moves. It's fun, upbeat and will get you up and moving! We will meet outside in the H2L Parking lot.
Bring your own mat if you wish; some will be provided. Wear sneakers and something comfortable. Bring a water bottle.
Free on Thursday, August 14th to celebrate a new class addition. Regular rates apply to the following Thursdays. Join Kathie and give it a try.
