Perimenopause brings many shifts such as fluctuating hormones, tested routines that don’t work for you anymore and masks that used to help in life that have now slipped. All of these tell your nervous system you’re in danger and your sense of safety disappears. You start to live in anxiety, moodiness, tearfulness and with serious fatigue. You feel like you’re not you anymore. That’s because you are changing so have to adapt to the new woman you are becoming. This is what these 4 Chakra Series Workshops are designed for.
Safety First: The Root of Regulation is a free 90 minute online workshop held on 15th February at 10am GMT. In this workshop we will plant your seed of intention, your root chakra, and build solid, sturdy roots to regulate your nervous system on an epic journey through your chakra system. You will experience grounding somatic yoga, breathwork and meditations to stabilise your root, the very core of your needs as a woman in perimenopause.
Once your roots are as strong as a tree, we will move into your higher chakras to bring emotional regulation, kinder self dialogues, self compassion and the trust in yourself to use your wisdom. You will leave these workshops with a regulated nervous system and the knowledge of how to keep yourself regulated anytime. This is the basis to living a balanced and paced life.

Going back to your root chakra of safety
We begin where all healing begins. With safety.
You’ll learn:

✨How to rest without guilt
Includes grounding somatic yoga practices, breathwork and reflection to help your body feel supported and held.
