ASICS will be on hand to give you a taste of what they've been cookig up lately, so we'll have a 3 mile demo run at 7:30 a.m.That will be followed by coffee, refreshments, and catching our breath, so we're ready for a talk on general nutrition when it comes to running given to us by our own Will Lawrence.
An Ironman, OCR athlete, and trainer of professional athletes, and don't forget his Masters in Body Sciences, Will walk you through the different types of nutrition, how they could affect your body, and answer any questions you may have on how to fuel your body!
Did we mention everyone in attendance is going to get a bag of sample nutrition?
