FREE Nia Jam Dance Fitness Class

Join us for a spirited Nia Jam Dance Fitness Class with our favorite Nia instructors at Jewish for Good! You will get a fun and energetic dance workout that combines martial arts, dance, and mindfulness, nurturing your body, heart, and mind. This in-person event is FREE and open to EVERYONE and all fitness levels. We are asking participants to bring donations of non-perishable food items for the JFS Food Pantry, to help support families with food insecurities. So come as you are and get ready to move your body in a supportive and inclusive environment. No dance experience required! Grab your friends and experience the joy of Nia with us, and help us stock the JFS Food Pantry! See you on the dance floor!
