Free Neurodivergent Parent Support Group

Parents, join your peers at the Neurodivergent Parent Support Group and make lifelong connections with people who truly understand your unique journey as a parent of a neurodivergent child. Learn from one another, share experiences, and build a supportive community that provides the understanding, information, and encouragement you need most.

The group is facilitated by Dr. Allison Womack, Bridges of the Mind's Chief Operating Officer and Interim Clinical Director. We provide a light agenda, but the group is meant to be based on the attendees' current needs.

First Thursday of Every Month 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm, in-person at Bridges of the Mind Psychological Services, Inc., located at 2424 Arden Way, #8, Sacramento.

Children are welcome. Our interns provide childcare and teen connections groups while the parents meet.
