Hello I am writing to you to let you know about a FREE workshop for businesses to understand net zero and practical help preparing net zero plans. Scotland's International Environment Centre will deliver a series of workshops designed to support small businesses to plan for net zero. Thomas Billam, Net Zero Business Support Officer will present a practical approach that sets out the what and the how for small businesses to help support their journey to Net Zero and take informed actions that can save money as well as lower your carbon footprint. You will have the opportunity to gain experience on how to create a Carbon Reduction Plan and take part in a practical activities to prioritise the actions your business should take.

Who should attend?
Small and medium-sized organisations from private and third sector in Stirlingshire. Entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, and employees who want to not only fully understand net zero but get ahead of the curve and prepare net zero plans.
Outcomes
By the end of the event, you will have:
• Understood what parts of your business contribute to climate change and the increase of greenhouse gas emissions
• Worked out what actions you can take to reduce greenhouse gas emissions within your organisation
• Registered on the Climate Action Hub, a free platform to access the resources you need to develop your carbon reduction plan.
• Understand the additional support and resources available to help your net zero efforts.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served.
