Have you been thinking about checking out a FIT4MOM class, but weren't sure when you should come? This class is perfect for you! Have a mom friend who's looking for fitness or to meet other mamas? Bring her with you!
What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
Stay for a fun playdate after class, too! A local photographer will be taking free mom & me photos!
