Join us for a FREE Mom & Me Stroller Fitness class workout on July 12th in Glen Ellyn.Have you been thinking about checking out a FIT4MOM class, but weren't sure when you should come? This class is perfect for you! Have a mom friend who's looking for fitness or to meet other mamas? Bring her with you!
What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
Stay for fun after class! We'll be doing a fun Safety Day playgroup and you can chat with other local moms. A DuPage County Forest Preserve Police Officer will be sharing information about family safety and will have some free goodies for the kids!
