This interactive workshop is led by Brian Wright, MS, CSCS, Exercise Physiologist and StrongFirst Team Leader with more than 25 years of experience coaching movement and human performance.

Brian will break down each movement with easy-to-follow progressions and regressions, making the exercises accessible whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience. You'll leave with practical drills you can immediately add to your daily routine to improve mobility, movement quality, and longevity.

Some of these exercises will be familiar—and for good reason. They're so effective that they've stood the test of time. Others may be new to you, but they're just as valuable. Both modern research and generations of real-world application have supported every movement. For example, you'll learn how the classic horse stance can help develop stronger hips, improve pelvic floor engagement, and create a more stable foundation for movement.
