You’re invited to a FREE fitness class with S.L.A.M. Sweat Like a Mother Quantico - a locally veteran-spouse owned motherhood community! It’s a chance to move your body, meet other local moms, and plug into a welcoming, supportive community right away.
This class is led by nationally certified coaches trained in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, and it’s designed to meet you exactly where you are both mentally and physically.
Don’t know anyone yet? No problem! Just show up with your stroller/wagon and your littles, and we’ll take care of the rest. 💪
Stay after for a free playgroup and some adult conversation because YOU deserve it.
